My name is Stephanie. Or Sterpherner, if you're feeling silly.

I read a lot. I have even more books on my "to be read" list. I really like talking about all those books I have and have not read, so I made this blog.

I am 21 years old, and I live in Ohio. I am a college student studying history and writing. My dream is to buy a Victorian house in the mountains where I can write books and never leave (except for ice cream). I want to write really tragic historical fiction, crime thrillers, and screenplays. 

​

I read a lot of spooky stuff, but I also read non-fiction and historical fiction.  Some of my favorite books are the Outlander series, the Harry Potter series, the Da Vinci Code series, The Three series, and Where They Found Her by Kimberly McCreight. Some of my favorite authors are JK Rowling (hail the queen), Dan Brown,  Sarah Lotz, and Dean Koontz.

I can be a little bit of an obsessive fangirl, so I apologize in advance for any weeping. I just have a lot of feelings. On this blog, you can expect a variety of posts, including but not limited to: book reviews, writing advice, interviews, and a monthly book club discussion.

When I'm not reading or crying about shows and movies, I am playing video games, watching cute animal videos, trying to get my degree, writing down ideas for stories I'll never write, listening to podcasts, and mentally preparing for the apocalypse.
